Wings of Hope Equitherapy
Since 1996 Wings of Hope has been providing equine assisted activities to children and adults with unique physical, mental, and emotional challenges and disabilities
Thanks to generous individuals, corporations, and foundations who opened their hearts to the vision, Wings of Hope's facility stands today.
Over twenty years later, Wings of Hope Equitherapy is a Premiere Center fully accredited by PATH (Professional Association of Therapuetic Horsemanship) International. All our instructors are PATH certified, and have extensive experience with both horses and riders with disabilities.
Located just south of Fort Worth, we serve clients from all over North Texas who range in age from 3 to 78, and the barn continues to be filled with the contagious smiles and laughter of the riders, volunteers, and families, hope and healing.Through Operation Hoofbeat, we are proud to offer a spectrum of services to meet former and current service-member’s individual needs and match each individual with a service tailored specifically to meet their post-war lives.
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization, without them we couldn't server over 85 people weekly. We are always looking for new faces for our volunteer staff.
